Holland School
April 2006
Dear Bob,
This is the first year that we have organized a college tour for our students. We did so with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. Our trip was and ambitious one eighteen students visiting six cities and nineteen colleges in seven days. Because of your efforts and professionalism, our experience could not have been better. The colleges were all notified of our arrivals, hotel were ready and waiting each night, and buses were right on time and exactly where we needed them to be. Despite the mammoth undertaking and countless details, our trip was surprisingly stress free! We will definitely be using College Visits next year. Many thanks to you and your staff.
Sincerely,
Dr. David A. Crynes

The American School in England
March 17, 2006
Dear Robert,
I wanted to send you quick note of thanks and appreciation for the fantastic Northeast College Tour that you organized and chaperoned for me, my Associate Director, Amy Christie, and our 19 students from TASIS, The American School in England.
As TASIS is an International School with many students interested in attending college in the United States, College Visits provides an invaluable service. Because our students have limited opportunities to visit colleges in the U.S. with their own families, this tour has added a dimension to their college search that they otherwise would have missed. Furthermore, the itinerary of the trip and the options for each student were far more comprehensive than any one family could complete on its own. Even though the beginning of our trip was delayed for a day due a blizzard in Boston, each student visited 9 colleges over the course of five days, with the total number of schools visited totaling over twenty. During our flight back to London, more than one student mentioned that he was now qualified to write a college guide book!
However, while the quantity of schools was impressive, what really set this trip apart was the quality with which you orchestrated it. Starting with the planning and registration procedures by yourself and Catherine Clifton, College Visits set up a tour that ran like clockwork and saved me untold hours of work. Most impressive were your services as our lead chaperone, as you allowed our students the freedom to enjoy their week and learn about the schools while maintaining the order and organization necessary to keep everyone safe and on schedule.
I will certainly be contacting you in the future, Robert. I wouldn’t think of organizing a college trip without College Visits.
Sincerely,
Jack Whelan

Antilles School
June 2, 2005
Dear Bob,
This letter is a belated but most sincere thank
you for the fine work you and Catherine did in putting together
our 2005 College Visits Tour. The itinerary was the same, from
Boston to Washington, but the crew was different, and I didn't
have to go at all! Your going this year gave me the peace of mind
necessary to send two Antilles School neophyte chaperones, freeing
me to do other college traveling and consulting rather than doing
the same trip I'd done in 2004. Not only did you safely
return our 25 students, but you also made sure 7 students from
All Saints School had equally successful experiences. Please save
the first full week of March 2006, because wherever next year's
Juniors choose to go, they will be traveling with College Visits.
I wouldn't have it any other way.
Best Wishes,
Chris Teare

I remain happy to answer questions from any prospective client.
